At Private Label Extensions, we strive for excellence in every bundle. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unopened and unaltered hair products within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your hair extensions or beauty products are in their original packaging, with all ties intact and no signs of use, chemical processing, or heat styling.
- 2.Submit a Request
Contact our support team via our online portal to provide your order number and the reason for the return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 3.Package and Ship
Securely pack your items and include a copy of your invoice; ship the package back to our Atlanta headquarters using a trackable shipping service.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the hair, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
